Policies & Terms of Service

Thai Translation provides great service and top quality translation to our customers. We have a number of internal processes to ensure accurate and timely translations, as well as policies to ensure that customers know what to expect and when to expect it.

For anything beyond a standard one-page document we require a copy of the document in order to give an exact quote. All submitted documents are kept in complete confidentiality!

We require copies of the documents in order to give exact quotes due to many factors including:

  • dialect(s) used
  • how legible handwriting may be
  • how technical the language
  • how pervasive the use of slang is
  • how faded a scanned document is

We reserve the right to refuse to engage in any work we do not feel comfortable doing. This may include any content we feel is not in sympathy with our values. We are not comfortable translating anything we consider in our sole judgement to be hate speech of any kind, or materials that are hateful in nature.

Finally it is our policy that all sales are final. No refunds given. We believe that we deliver the highest quality work, and if you believe there is an issue with a translation we provided we will be glad to discuss it with you. We value our reputation, and will always strive to be reasonable.
